Christian Barrios - Executive Chairman
Prior to joining the Board of Vordel, Christian Barrios was a Member of the Executive Board of Directors of Software AG and was Vice President for Emerging Markets. He oversaw the company's growth in Iberia, Latin America and the Middle East. He also served as CEO and President of the Board of Informix Software Iberia, before its acquisition by IBM. He held positions as President and Managing Director of Ascential Software Iberia and President of Toshiba Spain. Previously, he was Managing Director of Apple Computer Spain and Portugal, and Managing Director of Nextel Engineering Systems Iberia. Christian also held roles with Gould Electronics, Amdahl Fujitsu Group, and Apple Computer Corporation.

Christian holds Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Santiago, and Industrial Engineering from the Florida International University. He also holds an Executive MBA from the University of Columbia. In addition to his role as Executive Chairman with Vordel, Christian is Managing Partner of Hatton Investment Group.

Vic Morris - CEO and Director
Vic has spent twenty five years in the software industry. He started his career as a software engineer, but went on to various senior managerial roles, including Senior Vice President International Operations for Cullinet Software, Vice President and General Manager European Operations for Powersoft, Vice President European Marketing for Sybase, and Vice President Marketing for NetDynamics Inc. Most recently he was a principal at Atlas Venture, where he was responsible for enterprise software investments in the UK, and held several board positions. Vic holds a degree in Physics from the University of Bristol, and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Paul Frew - Director
Paul is Managing Partner at Elderstreet, one of the UK's leading venture capitalist houses, specialized in investing in venturecapital for growing businesses with a particular expertise in software, internet and computer services companies. Elderstreet's investment team, comprising of over 10 investment executives manages £150 million of committed funds and has existing investments in over 35 technology companies.

Eduardo Valenzuela - Director
Eduardo is a Partner with Hatton Investments, a leading private equity management company that provides advisory services in the areas of investment management consulting, complementary financial services and M & A specialized in advanced technologies and IT in emerging markets. Hatton Investments' focus is in BPM / SOA Consulting & Integration Companies, IT Integration & Software Development companies and Advanced Emerging Technology Companies
