Vordel is looking for a Support Engineer who customer and partners can "lean" on. The job is to provide quality support for Vordel's products with a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical expertise and timeliness. The position has frequent contact with customers, partners, peers and managers. Due to our growing customer base, Vordel is seeking to fill a position of a Support Engineer to help maintain a high level of customer support. The position will involve working directly with customers to resolve technical issues they may be experiencing with our products and deployments. The candidate must be strongly customer focused, possess an excellent work ethic and have outstanding troubleshooting and analytical skills.
