Vic Morris - Chief Executive Officer Vic has spent twenty five years in the software industry. He started his career as a software engineer, but went on to various senior managerial roles, including Senior Vice President International Operations for Cullinet Software, Vice President and General Manager European Operations for Powersoft, Vice President European Marketing for Sybase, and Vice President Marketing for NetDynamics Inc. Most recently he was a principal at Atlas Venture, where he was responsible for enterprise software investments in the UK, and held several board positions. Vic holds a degree in Physics from the University of Bristol, and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Mark O'Neill - Chief Technology Officer Mark is responsible for overseeing Vordel's technical development roadmap. He has seven years of successful startup and technical experience. In 1998, Mark co-founded Delphium Technologies to provide high-end eCommerce and EDI communication solutions to blue-chip clients. His skills include IT solution architectures, and a comprehensive knowledge of programming. He is a contributing member of the Cloud Security Alliance, and has degree in Mathematics and Psychology, as well as graduate qualifications in neural network programming from Oxford University. Mark is the author of the book Web Services Security, published by McGraw-Hill/Osborne Media.

Jacques Declas - VP International Sales Jacques brings over 13 years of sales experience in building direct and indirect distribution channels throughout Europe for technology companies, with a particularly strong focus on the field of SOA. He joins Vordel from Forum Systems where he was VP sales EMEA with responsibility for direct sales and distribution channel management in Europe. Prior to Forum he was VP EMEA with Mainsoft, establishing their European sales operation from scratch. Before Mainsoft he established Parasoft's Northern European office and built sales and support operations over a three year time frame.
Ed Jackowiak, VP Sales, North America Ed brings over 20 years of enterprise IT sales experience to his role as VP Sales for Vordel in North America. Prior to Vordel he was responsible for managing sales in North America for Oracle’s Security products division. Before Oracle he was VP of Worldwide Sales with Bridgestream where he helped them become the dominant player in the emerging market of Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and Role Mining, leading to its acquisition by Oracle. He held a similar role with Kavado leading to their acquisition by Protegrity. Whilst at Netegrity he was head of Sales for Canada and the Central and Eastern Regions. Throughout his career Ed has established successful sales relations with many of the world’s leading organizations and has built partnerships with the largest reseller and consulting firms.
Hugh Carroll - Vice President Marketing & Operations Hugh leads Vordel’s Field Marketing, Corporate Communications, Branding, Lead Generation and Customer acquisition programs. Before joining Vordel, he spent several years as Senior Product Marketing Manager with Ireland's leading telecoms provider, Eircom. Prior to this, he worked with Enterprise Ireland where he oversaw equity investments in a portfolio of firms in the software and online media sectors. Hugh holds a Degree in International Marketing and Languages from Dublin City University and speaks five languages.
David McKenna - Vice President Engineering David is responsible for the technical direction, architecture and design of Vordel's products. David brings a vast amount of experience and track record in delivering high quality solutions. Since 2001, David has overseen the successful development and deployment of Vordel's XML security products. Prior to joining Vordel David was a Team Lead in Marconi Communications, where his responsibilities included design and development of Marconi's flagship NMS product line. Prior to this David worked in Euristix as a Senior Engineer on Euristix's "Raceman" Element Management product. Euristix was acquired by Fore Systems, which was subsequentially acquired by Marconi Communications. David graduated from University College Dublin with a BSc in Computer Science.
Ed King, VP Product Marketing Ed has responsibility for Product Marketing and Strategic Business Alliances. Prior to Vordel, he was VP of Product Management at Qualys, where he directed the company’s transition to its next generation product platform. As VP of Marketing at Agiliance, Ed revamped both product strategy and marketing programs to help the company double its revenue in his first year of tenure. Through the acquisition of Thor Technologies, Ed joined Oracle as Senior Director of Product Management, where he built Oracle’s identity management business from a niche player to the undisputed market leader in just 3 years. Before Oracle and Thor Technologies, Ed was head of product management at Jamcracker and Softchain (acquired by i2 Technologies). Ed holds an engineering degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
