Vordel Extends SOA and Cloud Governance Market Leadership with Record Sales and profits for 2009
New Customer Signings Include Dept. of Homeland Security, US Dept. of Justice, FAA, ASR Nederland, BNP Paribas Fortis Bank, 3, Barclays Bank and others
Herndon, VA, February 1, 2010 Vordel, a provider of Cloud and SOA governance products, today announced a record increase in annual revenues and net income for 2009 with overall revenues up almost 80% on the previous year. Vordel added an additional 32 enterprise customers to its global user base validating Vordel's position as the premier provider of SOA and Cloud Governance products. The company also scored major contract wins against IBM Datapower and other companies in the Federal, Telecoms, Banking and Insurance sectors across all major trading zones in the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
In 2009, Vordel consolidated its position as the premier provider of high performance, enterprise-level hardware and software products enabling enterprises to confidently deploy SOA and Cloud-linked applications. Widely recognized as delivering the fastest and most powerful SOA appliance on the market today, the company also announced the Vordel Cloud Service Broker offering a migratory path for large enterprises seeking to leverage Cloud computing in a secure and controlled manner. The Vordel Cloud Service Broker beta program is now open to members.
