Boston, MA - January 19, 2011 Vordel, a provider of fast, safe, connectivity for SOA and Cloud services, today announced record net revenue results for the 4th quarter and year ending Dec 31 2010. For Q4 revenue growth stood at 80% on the same period as last year and the company enjoyed continued growing profitability. For the full year Vordel achieved a net 82% year-over-year growth and added over 30 customers to bring its global customer base to over 150 enterprise clients in 32 countries.
“Despite global economic challenges, Vordel continues to buck the trend by expanding and growing revenues in all markets said Vic Morris, CEO at Vordel. This proves how important our technology is to large enterprises as they seek to reduce costs and make it easier for companies to do business with them. Our growth is due to new customer acquisitions and additional traction within our existing install base as they realize the benefits derived from our latest Vordel 6 release.”
“We are committing ourselves in 2011 to further develop our innovative technology, to enable companies safely leverage their SOA and Cloud infrastructure investments, added Morris.”
In Q4 2010, Vordel continued to drive sales in North America, EMEA and Asia with significant customer wins in multiple sectors including Automotive, Health Insurance, Government, National Security, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services and Telecoms. These enterprises selected Vordel XML Gateway and Cloud Service Broker to increase performance, strengthen security and enhance interoperability in SOA and Cloud deployments.
