Vordel names Greg Hudson as VP Sales for North America
Vordel's expansion continues with additions to senior executive management team in US
Washington DC, VA, April 29, 2008 - Vordel, the XML network management company, today announced the appointment of Mr. Greg Hudson as VP of Sales for the company's US based North America operations.
Mr. Hudson will be responsible for expanding Vordel's operations in the US and Canadian markets as the company enjoys increasing demand for its enterprise suite of XML network management products. He will focus on growing the company's sales in a number of key vertical sectors including federal, banking, insurance, manufacturing and telecoms verticals.

Greg brings over two decades of enterprise software sales experience within the networking and security sectors. Most recently Greg was Vice President of Sales North America at Forum Systems where he grew a multi-million dollar government and commercial business. Prior to joining Forum Systems, Greg served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Phobos Corporation where he was responsible for licensing, channel management, OEM, enterprise and government sales which led to the acquisition of Phobos by SonicWall Inc. Previously, he spent over 12 years at Novell Inc., an industry pioneer in networking, where he spearheaded the company's dramatic growth. As VP of Worldwide Sales Operations and Consulting Services, he helped build Novell's revenue in excess of $1.2 billion.
