Software AG and Vordel to deliver secure integration solutions

June 30, 2003 - Dublin, Ireland and Derby, UK- Vordel, the XML security company, and Software AG, UK, today announced that they have entered into a technology and distribution agreement. The strength of the Vordel offering, coupled with the integration and XML server products from Software AG, will provide the market with a complete, enterprise level, standards-based secure integration solution.

The agreement between Vordel and the UK arm of Software AG is part of a global distribution deal reached between the two companies. Organizations are increasingly aware that their IT infrastructure needs to be water-tight, so this agreement reflects the need to deliver a truly secure solution at the application level. Together, Software AG and Vordel will deliver solutions into a number of strategic market sectors including Financial Services and Government.
