4th generation XML gateway and Web Services management technology unveiled to key industry audience

Dublin, Ireland June 21 2006 - Vordel, the SOA Security and management company today previewed at its annual user conference, its 4th generation XML security gateway and Web Services management product suite to industry acclaim. The Vordel product suite provides enterprises with the confidence to deploy SOA in a controlled and safe manner.

Common to the enterprise products in the suite is Vordel's core patented XML security acceleration engine. In development since 1999, this engine offloads critical XML security processing from XML platforms and allows trusted XML applications to be rolled out without the performance cost.

State-of-the-Art Policy Management Interface
An intuitive drag-and-drop policy management interface allows for creation of policies to manage XML traffic on the network. Other ease-of-deployment features include the automatic generation of XML schema validation files from WSDL, and a tree-view XPath editor. A command-line interface is used to import and export policies for "headless" configuration.
