HP and Vordel - HP governance interoperablity framework

HP's work with Vordel offers customers with a full policy framework for their SOA, which allows organizations to scale their SOA deployments in a controlled manner. In addition, Vordel's HP GIF integration uses open standards, which provide the benefits of interoperability and platform neutrality.

Organizations deploying SOA have a crucial requirement to manage the policies which govern SOA usage and performance. These policies must be controlled, versioned, archived, and consolidated. HP SOA Systinet meets these requirements by providing the system-of-record for policies and other information in the SOA. Vordel's best-of-breed tools for policy design and policy enforcement will now be able to use HP SOA Systinet as a policy store, thus completing the full cycle of policy management through all three stages: policy creation, policy storage in a system-of-record, and policy enforcement on the network.
