Carrier Grade XML Infrastructure for turnkey deployments of the Vordel XML Gateway and Vordel XML Firewall

Vordel's VX deployment Platform is the perfect solution for customers with the most demanding XML processing requirements. VX is a turn key deployment option for both the Vordel XML Gateway and Vordel XML Firewall. The VX consists of Vordel's patented XML acceleration and parallelization technology, VXA, combined on a hardened pre-integrated platform.

Patented Performance Optimization
Integrated into the device is Vordel's patented core VXA acceleration engine. This processing engine accelerates the essential XML processing primitives. In addition, VX uses Hardware Cryptographic Acceleration from nCipher to accelerate cryptographic processing, including XML security primitives.

Availability
The VX platform has passed the most stringent testing in the Vordel Labs to allow customers to deploy their critical business systems with confidence. Secure remote monitoring allows network operators to quickly diagnose potential issues. With redundant power supplies and built in RAID, VX is ready made for deployment into high availability environments.

Security
A dedicated management interface is provided for secure operations management. For PKI environments VX comes with both on board and network HSM options to allow customers to securely manage their keys. Each module has received an independent FIPS 140-2 security validation, one of the highest benchmarks for cryptographic hardware.

Ease of Deployment
VX is custom engineered to allow for rapid deployment. The device can be managed remotely in a headless server room environment. A full Web-based GUI is also provided. Deployment is straight forward, a matter of dropping the device into the network.
