License agreement:	VORDEL LTD., END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR VORDEL SOAPbox IMPORTANT, READ CAREFULLY: The following terms and conditions apply to the supply and licence of software by Vordel Limited, a company registered in Ireland under company number 315314 and having its registered and principal trading address at 30 Pembroke Street Upper, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Vordel"). This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Vordel for the Vordel software Program, Vordel SOAPbox which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation (collectively, the "Program"). The Program also includes any updates and supplements to the original Program provided to you by Vordel, if any. By clicking on the "Accept" button, installing, copying, downloading, accessing, or otherwise using the Program, you agree to be bound by the terms of this LICENSE AGREEMENT. The Program is protected by copyright laws of the United States and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Vordel hereby grants to you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the PROGRAM, subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. The Program is licensed, not sold. 1.2 Vordel has a license to execute the WS-Security implementation. "WS-Security" means collectively the following specifications that were submitted by Microsoft, IBM and Verisign to OASIS in June and August, 2002: (1) "Web Services Security (WS-Security)" Version 1.0, dated April 5, 2002, http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnglobspec/html/ws-security.asp; (2) "Web Services Security Addendum" Version 1.0, dated August 18, 2002, http://msdn.microsoft.com/webservices/understanding/gxa/default.aspx?pull=/library/en-us/dnglobspec/html/ws-security-addendum.asp; and (3) "WS-Security Profile for XML-based Tokens" Versions 1.0, dated August 28, 2002, http://msdn.microsoft.com/webservices/understanding/ gxa/default.aspx?pull=/library/en-us/dnglobspec/html/ws-security-xml-tokens.asp. 2.0 OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS 2.1 Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Program, except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by law. 2.2 Separation of Components. The Program is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer. 2.3 Trademarks. This License Agreement does not grant you any rights in connection with any trademarks or service marks of Vordel. 2.4 Vordel may list the recipient's registered business name on the Vordel website and elsewhere as a licensee of Vordel products and a customer of Vordel. 2.5 This source code may incorporate intellectual property owned by Microsoft Corporation. Our provision of this source code does not include any licenses or any other rights to you under any Microsoft intellectual property. If you would like a license from Microsoft (e.g. rebrand, redistribute), you need to contact Microsoft directly. 2.6 You may not rent, lease, transfer, sell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer rights to the Program. 3.0 COPYRIGHT All title and intellectual property rights in and to the Program (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, text, incorporated into the Program), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the Program are owned by Vordel. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the Program is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This License Agreement grants you no rights to use such content. WS-Security Copyright notice The presentation, distribution or other dissemination of the information contained in this specification is not a license, either expressly or impliedly, to any intellectual property owned or controlled by IBM or Microsoft or VeriSign and\or any other third party. IBM, Microsoft, VeriSign and\or any other third party may have patents, patent applications, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights covering subject matter in this document.
